Soup of Red Fruit and Meringue

- 20 oz frozen berries
- 5 oz sugar
- 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
- 1 cup water
- Boil water with sugar and let cool.
- Place the frozen berries and grenadine syrup in a blender and mix by gradually adding the mixture of water and cooled sugar until smooth texture.
- Pour into bowls. Finally, add a scoop of Italian meringue.
