Ingredients
  1. 14 oz green beans
  2. 1 red pepper
  3. 2 oz flaked almonds
  4. 1 lemon
  5. 5 mint leaves
  6. 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Slice the red pepper into strips and marinate in lemon juice with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the green beans in a large volume of boiling salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and put it with the red pepper.
  3. Chop the mint, add olive oil, salt and pepper then sprinkle the contents of the bowl.
  4. Stir and serve chilled.
