Green Bean Salad and Red Peppers

- 14 oz green beans
- 1 red pepper
- 2 oz flaked almonds
- 1 lemon
- 5 mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Slice the red pepper into strips and marinate in lemon juice with salt and pepper.
- Cook the green beans in a large volume of boiling salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and put it with the red pepper.
- Chop the mint, add olive oil, salt and pepper then sprinkle the contents of the bowl.
- Stir and serve chilled.
