For a comparable amount, strawberries provides more vitamin C than fresh oranges.

- 4 cups ripe strawberries
- 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Mix all ingredients together
- Garnish (optional): 4 small strawberries with leaves and 4 thin slices of orange with peel
