Ingredients
  1. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  2. ½ cup coarsely chopped apples
  3. 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  4. 1 tsp honey
  5. 1 tsp linseed oil
  6. 1 cup yogurt
  7. protein powder
  8. 1 cup ice (and water if desired)
