So we’ve concocted a delicious smoothie recipe with fruits and vegetables.
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- ½ cup coarsely chopped apples
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp linseed oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- protein powder
- 1 cup ice (and water if desired)
- Mix all ingredients until reach a perfect smoothie
