If you are looking for a gourmet taste, replace avocado with half a banana and / or grapefruit juice with orange juice.
Apple, citrus, avocado, carrot, cabbage, … all these ingredients helps you to have a silky smooth and baby skin!
- 7 oz of strawberries
- - 1/2 grapefruit
- - 1/2 orange
- - 1 avocado
- - 1 cup carrot juice
- Clean strawberries, remove stems and cut into pieces
- Place the strawberries in the blender; cut the avocado in half, which is added to strawberries.
- Add half a grapefruit juice, half orange and carrot.
