For this smoothie I allied strawberry and banana and do not need add sugar because fruits are already naturally.
We add a little milk to have good consistency and that’s enough!
I used cow milk but can be replaced by soy milk or even coconut for example, for a vegan release.
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries
- 1 half glass of water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- In a blender, put the peeled and stems removed fruit, water and sugar, then mix.
