I love beets but promised, even those who do not love will appreciate this beet-mint sauce.
It tastes a little sweet and tart and goes very well with vegetables ..
I highly recommend you to test if you have not already did.
- 9 oz of cooked beets
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt pepper
- Cut the beets into small pieces. Rinse and thin out the leaves mint. Place the pieces of beetroot and mint leaves in the mixer bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix a few minutes until a homogeneous mixture
- Pour into a bowl. Keep cool. Serve this sauce as an accompaniment to salads and chips.
