Apple and kiwi smoothie Ideal for a quick snack, a smoothie is never very long but must still have ingredients on hand. After watching the single banana in the fruit basket, I decided to incorporate it into a smoothie. It is not my habit I am not a big fan but this smoothie I admit that today it was super good !!

A fresh and fruity recipe, ultra quick and simple to fill up vitamins!
A sweet little treat to swallow in the morning or enjoy a snack in the afternoon;-)

Apple and Kiwi Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 Granny Smith apple
  2. 5 ripe kiwi
  3. 2/3 ice
  4. some apple juice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel the fruit, core the apple and cut everything into pieces.
  2. Place fruit and ice cubes in your blender and mix until a homogeneous preparation.
  3. Add some apple juice if needed to achieve the desired consistency, the smoothie should be able to drink through a straw.
Notes
  1. Serve immediately for not to lose vitamins fruit!
