A mix of crunchy vegetables and walnut, with a lemon and cream vinaigrette, it’s fabulous for your buds and your health!

Ingredients
  1. 8 cups salad
  2. 1 ⅓ red apple
  3. 1 ⅓ green apple
  4. 2 cup walnuts
  5. 1 cup feta cheese
  6. ⅓ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Chop the apples into thin slices.
  2. Mix the salad, apples, walnuts, feta and cranberries in a bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients with dressing.
  4. Mix with the salad just before serving.
Notes
  1. You can add lemon to your vinaigrette
