- 3 cups raspberries
- 3 cups gooseberries
- 3 cups blackberries
- 4 ice cubes.
- mix all ingredients together untill reach perfect smoothie
- You can change the 4 ice cubes by water but it really better with ice cube and it keep your smoothie fresher
