  1. 3 cups of pomegranate seeds
  2. 3 cups raspberries
  3. 3 cups gooseberries
  4. 3 cups blackberries
  5. 4 ice cubes.
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredients together untill reach perfect smoothie
Notes
  1. You can change the 4 ice cubes by water but it really better with ice cube and it keep your smoothie fresher
