The smoothies are excellent to fill us with energy.
After doing sports, they put our bodies in place.
So these are perfect complements for all athletes who want to improve their performance, and this also applies to anyone in general.
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 1 banana
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of sweetener
- Mix the cream with the lemon juice and sweetener, pour into a siphon. Insert a gas cartridge. Shake and refrigerate.
- Thin out and wash the mint leaves. Mix them with milk, banana and cinnamon.
- Add ice cubes and blend again.
- Divide smoothies into glasses and put in the fridge.
- Just before serving, top with a swirl of whipped cream lemon!
