  1. 3 cups spinach
  2. 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  3. 2 teaspoon ginger
  4. 2 pears
  5. Mints
Instructions
  1. Make all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches smooth consistency.
  2. Serve it for keep all the freshness from the ingredients

  1. You can add Honey to taste
